What is Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP)?
Mechanical Breakdown Protection is a true insurance product. MBP helps cover unexpected repair expenses similar to a dealer service contract, however it offers greater security and better coverage at a lower cost!
Eligibility Requirements
- Current model year and 11 prior model years (based on calendar year) are eligible
- No inspection required (some restrictions apply)
- Can be purchased anytime
- No more than 90k miles on the odometer

How do I view loan payoff information in MissionLink?
In MissionLink, click on the Account History tab and select the loan you would like to pay off. Payment information, including interest due, is displayed under account detail.
Where can I get a loan application?
How do I make a loan payment, or an additional payment to principal?
A loan payment is simply a transfer from one of your share accounts to the loan. By using the transfer option you can easily make payments on your loan account whenever you like. Online transfers will not be allowed to loans that are more than one payment delinquent.
A scheduled payment must be made each billing cycle. To make a principal only payment, please contact us by phone.
You can make a principal payment on your consumer loan at any time providing the loan is current. Please visit any of our branches or call us at 800.500.6328. This option is not available through Missionlink.

There are no additional fees if the member pays above the price of the vehicle.
When a member chooses to purchase their vehicle through Autoland, there is a REFUNDABLE $250 deposit that goes towards the purchase price of the vehicle. If the member is financing their vehicle 100%, the Autoland Consultant can refund the member their deposit.

What does it mean to have a "good payment history"?
You are required to have a good payment history in order to request cancellation of your Private Mortgage Insurance. For most loan types, a good payment history is defined as:
- No payments 30+ days past due in the last 12 months, AND
- No payments 60+ days past due in the last 24 months, AND,
- if your loan has been refinanced, then:
- The last 12 consecutive payments must have been made within 30 days of the due date.
