MissionLink is your online link to your Mission Fed accounts, 24/7 at www.missionfed.com.

MissionLink allows you to:

• Get your balance information
• See when checks or deposits have cleared
• Make loan payments
• Pay bills
• Order checks
• View eDocuments (electronic versions of your monthly account statements)
• View cleared check images, and issue stop payments
• You can view up to 13 months worth of complete checking account activity

If you forget your MissionLink password, we recommend that you first attempt to reset your password by going this page, PASSWORD RESET :

Your MissionLink password is not the same as your ATM or Visa Check Card PIN.

New Member MissionLink Password: Sign up for MissionLink by contacting us at 800.500.6328 or you can visit a branch. You will receive a secure MissionLink password.

In MissionLink, click on the Account History tab and select the loan you would like to pay off. Payment information, including interest due, is displayed under account detail.

Be sure you are entering the correct password, check your browser's set-up and make sure "COOKIES" are enabled.  Ensure the version of the browser you use is the most recent.

Older versions of browser's may not be compatible with our security parameters.  You may receive messages such as "Certificate Expired" or "Incorrect log-in or password".  If you have eliminated these causes, contact us at 800-500-6328.

You will need the following to log into MissionLink for the first time:

• Your member number
• An e-mail address
• Your temporary password
  (If you no longer have the temporary password given to you when you opened your account, please call us at 800.500.6328, and we'll be happy to give you a new one.)

When you have all of that information, you'll need to do the following steps:

1. Go to https://missionlink.missionfcu.org/MFCU/Enrollment/Enrollment.aspx
2. Read MissionLink's Consent and Notice Regarding Electronic Communications either Accept if you agree, or Decline.
3. If you accepted, read the MissionLink Disclosures and Agreements and either Accept if you agree, or Decline.
4. After accepting, you'll be at the be at the Enrollment Form.  Fill out the following information:
5. • Member Number
   • Temporary Password
   • Email Address
6. After submitting your information, you'll be asked to create a personalized password* and User ID.

After creating a personalized password, you'll be able to log in to MissionLink any time using your member number and personalized password from the Mission's homepage.

* Note:  Your Password must be between 7 and 20 characters in length and contain at least 1 letter. Passwords consisting of the same character repeated from beginning to end (such as 1111111) or containing the words "PASS" or "TEMP" in any combination of upper and lower case characters will not be accepted. Passwords are case sensitive so please note the status of your "Caps Lock" key before proceeding.

The following special characters are allowed in your password: Exclamation Point "!", Number Sign "#", Dollar Sign "$", Percent "%", Underscore "_" and Dash "-".

For your security, after five unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked to prevent unauthorized use.  If this happens, please contact us for assistance, at 800.500.6328.

If you already have setup your MissionLink account, then please go to https://www.missionfed.com and login with these two pieces of information:

• Your member number or  User ID
• MissionLink Password

You are able to create a User ID to log in to MissionLink instead of your member number. If you have already created a User ID, then you can change it. To create or change a User ID, please do the following:

• Log into MissionLink
• Click on the Member Services tab.
• After the Member Services area loads, click on the Change User ID/Password option under the “Preferences” area.
• Scroll down to the “Change User ID” area and input the following:
  • Current User ID (Your Member Number if you haven't already created a user ID).
  • New User ID.

Mission Fed offers the ability to open and fund a new checking, savings and money market account online without visiting a branch location.

The online application is designed for new members, 18 years and older, who want to open a personal account. Before you begin, please make sure you have the following items for all applicants:

Social Security Number
Valid Drivers License, State ID, Military ID, Passport, or Resident Alien Card
You will have the option to fund your account online in one of 3 ways:

By electronic transfer from another financial institution. Please have the account number and routing/transit number available to complete this process.
OR by transfer from an existing account with Mission Federal.
OR by mailing a check.

Once you have completed the application, please:

Print out the completed application.
Sign the application.
And mail it to us along with a copy of your identification.
