How can I update my address and/or phone number?
Mission Fed provides several ways to change your address and/or phone number:
- The easiest way to change your address is to log in to MissionLink
Click on the Member Services tab
Click on the Change Address/Phone Number link (Personal Information)
Input the changes to your address and phone numbers. Please remember to reference a daytime phone number so we can call to verify the information, if needed. Note: Changing your address under Member Services will not update your check imprint records. Verify the address before re-ordering.

How do I set up direct deposits or electronic debits?
To set up direct deposit, request the necessary form from the organization or company making the electronic deposit or debit and be sure to indicate Mission Fed’s routing number (#322281507) and your account on the form you receive.
My Credit Card or Debit Card has been lost / stolen. What do I do?
To report a lost or stolen card, please call us 24 hours a day at 858.524.2850 or 800.500.6328.
To request a replacement of a damaged or captured ATM, Debit or Credit Card, please contact us at 858.524.2850 or 800.500.6328 and ask to speak with a representative. Our Contact Center representatives are available Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
We also offer instant issue for new or replacement cards in any of our branch locations.
What are your current rates and fee schedules?

What is a member number?
The member number is your eight digit account number. The member number is also known as your master account number which is found at the top right hand side of your account statement. This is the number needed to or access MissionLine.

How do I re-order Checks?
You can order checks online 24/7 via MissionLink by logging into your account and selecting the Member Services tab, and then selecting the Order Checks* link under the Account Service area.
