I would like to go green. How do I discontinue monthly paper account statements for electronic only eDocuments?
To discontinue paper statements, log into MissionLink, select the eDocuments tab, select "2011 Statements and Beyond", review and accept eDocuments agreement.
Note: Once members have chosen to enroll in eDocuments online, they can not revert to paper statements online. To reinstate paper statements, call 800.500.6328 or stop by a branch.

If I choose to go paperless and not receive paper statements, can I still request a paper statement?
Members who have gone paperless print their own statements at home. If a printer is not available, members can call or visit a branch to request a paper copy.

Is there a fee for eDocuments?
No, eDocuments are free to all members and available in the MissionLink eBranch.

Is there a fee for paper statements?
There is no member fee for paper statements. However, Mission Fed does incur a printing and postage fee that currently is not passed along to members.
