A commercial real estate loan is for a multi-family (apartments with 5+ units) or a commercial (income) property. Commercial property is usually office buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings.

We will finance properties located in San Diego County that are in good physical condition and can demonstrate a good history of income to support the loan.

• Loans for multi-family (5+ units) - from $300,000 to $3,000,000; to 75% LTV
• Commercial Real Estate Loans - from $500,000 to $3,000,000; to 65% LTV
