With the new Mission Debit Card Privilege(MDCP)service, Mission Fed can help save you from stressful and embarrassing situations.
If you enroll in Mission Debit Card Privilge, Mission Fed may authorize your PIN and signature-based Debit Card purchase transactions, even if there is not enough money in your checking account to cover them. Plus, there is no fee to enroll, and no fee will be charged unless you use the service and the transaction results in a negative balance that is greater than $10.
A Credit Card is an unsecured line of credit used for making purchases or obtaining cash advances.

To request a replacement of a damaged or captured ATM, Debit or Credit Card, please contact us at 858.524.2850 or 800.500.6328 and ask to speak with a representative. Our Contact Center representatives are available Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
We also offer instant issue for new or replacement cards in any of our branch locations.
Card Transaction
To dispute a card transaction, contact the merchant in an effort to resolve the error/dispute. If resolution can not be made, please provide Mission Fed with a signed, written notification of the error on your account. Please include the following information:

Electronic Funds Transfer
To place a stop payment on an electronic funds transfer, please contact us at 800.500.6328. Request that a EFT stop payment form be mailed to you. You may also complete this form, in person, at any of our 23 branch locations.

Your overdraft will continue as it always has. The Mission Courtesy Pay (MCP) coverage will only take place if the savings, Line of Credit and/or Credit Card account(s) do not have sufficient funds to pay the item.
Check Card transactions appear in the "Debit" area of your checking account history. In MissionLink, click on your checking account in the "My Accounts" area to display processed transactions. If you don't see a transaction, the merchant has not yet presented it for payment. This does NOT mean the transaction is not pending or outstanding. A Check Card transaction works just like a check and might incur a "float" period of several days before it is settled against the account. In general, it will settle immediately.
